Cookie policy
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by websites you visit. We also use your browser’s “local storage”, which works in a similar way. This policy explains what we use and why, under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR.
What we use
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the shop to work, or that remember choices you ask us to. We do not currently use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. If we ever add them, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| wp_woocommerce_session_* | Remembers your bag as you move around the shop | 2 days |
| woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart | Keeps your bag up to date | Session |
| woocommerce_recently_viewed | Shows items you looked at recently | Session |
| wordpress_logged_in_*, wordpress_sec_*, wordpress_test_cookie | Keeps you signed in to your account (and checks cookies work) | Session, or 14 days if you tick “Remember me” |
| fb_my_sizes | Remembers the sizes you chose with “My sizes” | 1 year |
| fb_saved, fb_recent, fb_fit (local storage) | Your saved items, recently viewed items and fit-check measurements, stored only on your device | Until you clear them |
| fb_density (local storage) | Remembers the grid size you picked in the shop | Until you clear it |
| fb_cookie_ok (local storage) | Remembers that you’ve seen our cookie notice | Until you clear it |
Third parties
When you pay, our payment provider may set its own cookies to process your payment securely and prevent fraud. These are strictly necessary for payment. Our product pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address so it can deliver them.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (look for “Privacy” or “Cookies”). If you block necessary cookies, your bag, checkout and account will not work. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes the local storage items above.
