Delivery, returns & refunds

Delivery

• UK delivery only, tracked with Royal Mail or another tracked courier.
• Delivery charges are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Orders over £75 qualify for free standard UK delivery.
• Orders placed before 3pm on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same or next working day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 usually arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• You’ll get an email with tracking when your order is on its way.
• If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please email info@flippinbounty.com and we’ll chase it, then redeliver or refund.

Returns (changing your mind)

• You can cancel and return any item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Just email info@flippinbounty.com with your order number and let us know.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, in the condition it arrived, with any tags still attached, to:

• Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service.
• Earrings, swimwear and underwear can only be returned with hygiene seals intact (unless faulty).

Refunds

• We refund within 14 days of receiving your return (often much sooner).
• You get back the item price and the standard delivery charge you paid, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 3–10 working days to show it.
• If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

Please email info@flippinbounty.com within 30 days with photos. We’ll refund in full, including delivery and your return postage. As every item is one of one, we usually can’t offer a replacement. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
